RETURNS
Please be aware that The Ninth Store does not accept refunds. Full priced items can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchasing, unworn and in original packaging.
- Items must be returned in the same condition, unworn & in all original packaging.
- The item/s must arrive back within 30 days from purchase.
- Original shipping costs (if paid for) will NOT be credited and return shipping is at the cost of the customer. We suggest getting tracking on your return parcel. Any lost parcels will not be at the fault of The Ninth.
- We reserve the right to inspect the products returned. If we feel they have been worn, a credit will not be given.
- All accepted returns will be given a store credit via a gift card voucher, giving you the ease to pick what you like in exchange, at anytime that suits you.
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygienic purposes.
- Final sale items cannot be returned.
- Personalised items cannot be returned.
Faulty items:
We do our best to ensure all items are of high quality, in the circumstance of a faulty item, please contact us via email at contact@theninthstore.com.au with your name, order number, description of the fault and images. We will personally be in contact with you to discuss the issue. Please read our warranty policy for more information.

1. Enter your email address used when making your purchase, then enter the six-digit code that is sent to your email address.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
3. Select a return reason and add a note then submit.
4. If your request is approved you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
