Please ensure your postage address is correct when purchasing.  We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been posted, we are unable to change or cancel the order.

The Ninth. is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit. Once parcels have left our hands, we are no longer held responsible. We will do our best to track your parcel and provide as much information as possible.

The Ninth. is not liable for any costs associated with parcels being returned due to being unclaimed, delivered to an incorrect address, left at a post office for an extended time or left unattended at the address. Re-shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
