WARRANTY POLICY

The Ninth. jewellery has a 1 month warranty on all pieces. Warranty is only valid if the piece is proven to be faulty in the manufacturing process. Items must be returned within 1 month of purchase, after this time, warranty is void.
Your warranty does not cover loss, damage, gradual degradation or breakage due to wear and tear, improper use or poor storage of your jewellery. We do not accept warranty claims for natural oxidisation of our metals. Replacement and repair comes at the discretion of The Ninth. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty, this will need to be emailed to us along with a description of the fault and photos.
Our jewellery range is durable but should still be worn with care. Please follow our care instructions.
